How do I book a cab?
We at VizagTaxiHub provide taxi services for traveling within or to another city (for full-day, half-day, and roundtrip). You can book more than one cab as per your needs.
What is the earliest possible time that I can get a cab?
If you are using a cab within a city, you should reserve your ride several hours in advance. You should also book it at least eight hours in advance. To get more options and competitive rates, we recommend making your reservation as early as possible.
Is there a way I can pay? Does online payment work?
Payments can be made with any major credit card issued in India, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. VizagTaxiHub.com accepts all major debit/credit cards as well as net banking. All VizagTaxiHub payments are secure through Verisign. In addition, your card details and other sensitive information are encrypted using advanced technologies. Because we take precautions, we never store your CVV number.
How do I proceed after I make the payment?
You receive a confirmation e-mail and/or via WhatsApp after we receive your payment. A minimum of one hour before the trip, you’ll be notified of the cab details via WhatsApp.
What are the charges?
Online payments are made to VizagTaxiHub, which then transfers the funds to the respective parties. All additional charges, such as tolls, driver’s meals, parking fees, and state tax, will be payable to the driver/vendor on an actual basis. Extending plans (in terms of kilometers or hours) will incur additional fees.
Is it possible to change or cancel my reservation?
For changes or cancellations, please call +91 9966363662. If a booking is changed, the pick-up address cannot be changed. Selection of the desired car type on the requested date will be subject to availability. The customer will be responsible for any additional fees.
If I cancel, will I have to pay a cancellation fee?
If you cancel or fail to arrive within 24 hours of your travel date or if you do not show up, you’ll be charged the entire booking cost. In case of cancellations made prior to 24 hours before departure, there will be no cancellation fees. Otherwise, any other travel policies will apply.
In case of a problem during or before the journey, what should I do?
If you have any issues with your cab, simply contact VizagTaxiHub at (9966363662) and we will assist you as promptly as possible. We ask that you use the cab booking details given at the time of booking for all correspondence with VizagTaxiHub.
The A/C in the cab will be turned off while climbing hills or during standby?
Yes, the A/C in the cab will be turned off while climbing a hill or during standby.
You may cancel the booking 24 hour prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges for all services. In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 24 hours of the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:
1. Multi Day trip: The charge for the first day would be deducted from the total amount and refund will be issued to the user.
2. Single Day trip/ Airport transfer: No Refund will be issued to the user.
