Vanjangi, located 3400 feet above sea level and about a 3-hour journey from Visakhapatnam, has become a tourist’s favourite due to the spectacular sights available. Scenes of dense clouds flying endlessly amid the hills are a sight to see as you approach the vantage point at the location early in the morning. The most fortunate time to visit Vanjangi is at daybreak, when an orange twilight proudly announces the approach of the sun beyond the cloud cover. Many visitors are choosing to camp in the open spaces because the village does not yet have any tourist accommodations.
